Working the Review Inbox

The inbox is a two pane view: the review list on the left, the reply workspace on the right.

Finding what matters fast

• The source strip at the top shows each connected platform with its live average rating and review count. Click one to filter.
• Status chips filter by Needs response, Draft ready, Responded, or AI drafted.
• The rating filter isolates critical reviews (3 stars and below).
• Each row carries a colored edge: red for 1 to 2 stars, amber for 3, green for 4 to 5, so problems stand out while scrolling.

The counter in the header shows how many reviews still await a response. Aim to keep it at zero; response rate is one of the most guest visible metrics you control.
