What happens during your free trial

Every new account starts on a 7 day free trial with 40 included AI reply generations. No credit card is needed.

During the trial you get the full product: the Review Inbox, AI replies, surveys, analytics, reports, widgets and the research assistant. A banner at the top of the app shows how many generations you have used.

When the trial ends or the included generations run out, you can subscribe from Settings > Billing. Your data, properties and settings are kept either way. If you need a little more time to evaluate, contact us and we can extend the trial.
