Invite your team: roles and permissions

Invite colleagues under Settings > Users. Three roles:

• Account admin: everything, including billing, team management and property settings.
• Property admin: manages assigned properties (settings, brand voice, sources) and works reviews there.
• Replier: works the inbox for assigned properties: generate, edit, post replies. No access to settings or billing.

Invites are sent by email and expire after 7 days. Property admins and repliers can be scoped to specific properties, which is how you give a hotel team access to their own property and nothing else.
