Smart snippets: consistent answers for recurring topics

Snippets are short, pre approved responses to topics that come up again and again: parking, breakfast hours, renovation notices, pet policy.

Add them under Settings > Brand voice > Snippets as a topic plus the message you want woven in. When a review mentions that topic, the AI incorporates your snippet naturally instead of improvising.

Account level snippets (under Settings > Account AI) apply across all properties; property snippets win when both define the same topic.

Good snippet hygiene: keep each one to one or two sentences, write facts rather than fluff, and update them when the facts change (that renovation will finish eventually).
