Reports and exports

The Reports page produces shareable documents from your live data:

• Account report: portfolio wide KPIs and per property breakdowns.
• Review export: the underlying reviews as CSV for your own analysis.
• Property report: a single property's period performance.

Each report can be printed or saved as PDF via your browser's print dialog (there's a print ready layout). For recurring needs, the AI Research Assistant can generate scheduled reports and email them to any recipients, and the REST API exposes the raw data if you'd rather build your own dashboards.
