Property Overview, explained

Analytics > Property Overview is your per property health check for any period.

• Response rate gauge, with a shortcut to the reviews still waiting.
• ReputationIQ: our 0 to 100 composite of rating, sentiment, review volume and response performance, banded Healthy, Watch, or At risk.
• Review volume against the comparison period, plus a weekly trend.
• Platform overview table: score, response rate, average rating and new reviews per platform.
• Competitor benchmark: your live Google rating and review count ranked against the competitors you track, with 30 day change. Add competitors under Settings > Competitors.

Use the period and comparison selectors (previous period or same period last year) to separate a real trend from seasonality.
