How Google reviews sync

There are two levels of Google review sync.

Automatic (Places). When you add a property by picking it from Google search, Revinsta stores its Google Place and immediately imports its public reviews. Google's public API returns up to the five most relevant reviews per place, so this gets your inbox live instantly but it is not your full history. These reviews refresh automatically every few hours.

Full history (Business Profile). Authorize Google under Settings > Integrations > Authorize Google with the Google account that manages your listing. Revinsta then syncs your complete review history and, importantly, lets you post replies to Google straight from the inbox.

If a review seems missing, check which mode you are on: the Profile linked chip on the Integrations tab means full history is active.
