Generate and customize AI replies

Select a review and click Generate reply. The draft is written in your property's brand voice, in the guest's language, and acknowledges the specifics of their review.

Adjust in one tap. Under the draft you'll find quick chips: More formal, Friendlier, More empathetic, Shorter, More detail. Each regenerates the draft with that adjustment.

Give specific guidance. The input below the draft accepts free instructions, for example "mention the pool reopens in May" or "offer a direct contact for the billing issue". Press Enter to regenerate with your guidance.

Edit freely. The draft is plain text; change anything before sending. Every generation uses one reply credit; edits are free.

When you're happy: Post reply publishes to the platform where supported (Google with Business Profile connected), Copy & open copies the text and opens your listing for manual posting anywhere else, and Mark as answered records a response handled outside Revinsta.
