Deleting a property or your data

Removing a property. Under Settings > Properties, use Request to delete. Because deletion permanently removes the property's reviews, drafts, analytics history and settings, a platform administrator confirms the request before it is executed. Billing for the property stops with the deletion.

Disconnecting sources without deleting. You can unlink Google Business Profile or disconnect any source under Settings > Integrations at any time; historical reviews already imported stay in your account.

Full account deletion. Contact support from your account email. We remove all your organisations, properties, reviews and stored credentials. Backups age out on a fixed schedule afterwards.
