Connect Google Business Profile (full history + replies)

Connecting Google Business Profile upgrades your Google source from a five review snapshot to the complete history, and enables one click reply posting.

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. On the Google row, click Authorize Google.
3. Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile (the account you use in Google Business Profile Manager).
4. Approve the requested access.

Revinsta automatically finds the location that matches your property and runs a first full sync. You will land back on Settings with a confirmation showing how many reviews were imported.

Common outcomes

• No Business Profile on that account: sign in with the owner or manager account for the listing.
• No matching location: the signed-in account manages listings, but none match this property. Check you picked the right property.
• Access can be revoked any time with Unlink profile; syncing falls back to public Places data.
