Automate replies with rules and guardrails

The automation builder (in the app navigation) creates rules that handle reviews without you opening each one.

A rule combines:

• Scope: which property and platform it applies to.
• Conditions: star range and timeframe, for example 4 to 5 stars.
• Action: pre draft (generate a draft and wait for your approval) or auto publish where posting is supported.

Guardrails: negative reviews deserve a human. A common safe setup is auto drafting everything but keeping publishing manual for anything below 4 stars. Drafts created by automation carry the AI badge in the inbox so you always know what was machine written.
